Tastes of Hilo is a signature food show fundraiser hosted by the Downtown Improvement Association, bringing together the island’s top chefs, local restaurants, and food artisans for a flavorful celebration of community and cuisine. Guests enjoy an evening of delicious bites, live music, and local culture—all in support of ongoing projects to preserve and enhance Downtown Hilo.
